A Clarke County man accused of murdering an EMEPA worker while on the job, will stand trial in Harrison County.
Circuit Judge Robert Bailey recently agreed to the defense counsel's request for a change of venue in the trial of Keith Allen Davis, because of pretrial publicity.
Davis is accused in the June 2012 death of Nathan Baker.
