No Armed Robbery at DeKalb Cash King

DeKalb Police say they have determined that an armed robbery at the Cash King was not actually an armed robbery.

Police Chief Steven Jackson says the robbery was actually an inside job. Jackson says store manager Kathy Wooten and Chris Gordon are being charged with grand larceny, conspiracy to commit grand larceny, and false pretenses. Jackson tells Newscenter 11 that he has signed confessions from Wooten and Gordon. A third arrest is expected this coming week.

Chief Jackson says the hard work of his investigators and the help of other local law enforcement agencies helped in solving this investigation.
