Macon, Miss. A 32-year-old man died Friday in a fire at a house in Macon.

Noxubee County Coroner said R.L. Calhoun says the body of Montreal Chandler was found in the bedroom of the home.

Macon Fire Chief Billy Whitehead says it appeared the stove had been left on.

An autopsy has been ordered.

Calhoun says the victim was apparently the only one in the home at the time of the blaze.
