Several days of heavy rain are beginning to have an impact on the levels of local lakes and rivers.
The Pearl River at Philadelphia is above flood stage and is expected to rise Wednesday night, and cause flooding at Burnside Park.
The river is expected to crest about 3.5 feet above flood stage.
