A Neshoba County man died after being struck by a vehicle while walking. The accident happened shortly after midnight Saturday morning on Highway 19, seven miles south of Philadelphia. The victim was 39-year-old Jody Hall from Choctaw. Investigators say he was allegedly walking in the highway when he was struck by a vehicle. So far, no charges have been filed. The Mississippi Highway Patrol is handling the investigation.
