Police Investigating Sunday Night Attempted Kidnapping

Police are investigating an attempted kidnapping they say happened on Sunday evening.
Meridian police tell Newscenter 11 that the attempted kidnapping happened in the 1600 block of 26th Avenue. Authorities say a white male wearing a green shirt and black and gray pants tried to kidnap an 11-year old girl.
