Rash of Break-Ins in Newton County

Investigators in Newton County are looking into a rash of recent break-ins. All have occurred within the last four days.
Sheriff Jackie Knight says about four burglaries were reported. He said most happened during the daytime in different parts of the county.
The same person or persons are thought to be responsible for most of the crimes. So far, no one has been formally charged in any of the cases.
