Jackson, Miss. Outdoors enthusiasts will see a sales tax break on hunting items this weekend in Mississippi.
The state’s new Second Amendment Sales Tax Holiday is Sept. 5-7.
The three-day sales tax holiday applies to a wide range of hunting gear, including archery equipment, firearms and ammunition. The initiative is modeled after similar event in Louisiana.
