A storm complex has blasted parts of the Midwest and the Ohio Valley.
More than two dozen reports of hail the size of quarters or larger were made from Missouri to Illinois and across Indiana to Ohio. More than 50 reports of wind damage were made across the same areas and also throughout western Pennsylvania and southwestern New York
In Champaign County, Illinois, a roof was blown from a building in strong winds. In the same area, a possible tornado damaged a home and downed a swath of trees.
Widespread reports of wind blowing down trees and power lines have be received. The National Weather Service has received reports of widespread structural damage in Eldred, Pennsylvania and says they will be investigating the damage to see if a tornado could be to blame.
Other thunderstorms are erupting on the tail of this huge storm complex over northern Mexico and southern Texas. These storms could effect East Mississippi and West Alabama Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday morning.
