Meridian Police say a man wanted on charges of shooting into a vehicle has turned himself in.
Investigators say James Stevens, Jr. surrendered himself at the Meridian Police Department around 11 p.m. on Friday.
Stevens is being charged with shooting into an occupied vehicle and intimidation of a state witness.
He is not eligible for bond because he was already out on bond on previous felony charges.
