Threefoot Fire Investigation Continues

The Mississippi Crime Lab has issued a report on a Jan. 8 fire at the Threefoot Building in Meridian.

It found no accelerants commonly associated with arson were detected in the fire. But the city of Meridian says the cause of the fire is still under investigation by both the fire and police departments.

Surveillance images from the area haven't offered any possible suspects. At this time, the exact circumstances which led to the fire being started and who might have started it are still unknown.
