Tree Blocks Meridian Street

Work crews spent Thursday evening cleaning up a local street after a tree fell across it.
A tree blocked 18th Avenue between 17th and 18th Streets for much of the night on Thursday.
There are no reports of damage or injuries. No word on what caused the tree to fall.
