The University of West Alabama has launched a new training program aimed at increasing employment opportunities in manufacturing technology.
Students who complete the program will earn certificates in automotive technician and industrial maintenance.
The course of study is tailored for the manufacturing industry.
Several businesses, including Alabama Power, have partnered with UWA to put students on a career path.
