W. Alabama Commissioner's Trial

The case of an elected official in west Alabama, who's accused of criminal wrongdoing, is set to get underway Monday.

Choctaw County Commissioner Mark Gibson is charged with theft of property.

The case involves a county bush hog that was discovered by a concerned citizens' group at a scrap yard in Silas.

Gibson, 54, represents District 4 in Choctaw County. He has pleaded not guilty.
