North Choctaw Water Authority says it's working to get service restored to the Riderwood community.
Officials say a pump burned up sometime overnight.
Office manager Tiffany Roberts said the utility is hoping to get water service restored Monday or Tuesday, but it was unknown Monday morning exactly when the problem would be resolved.
Once service is restored, a precautionary boil water advisory will be in effect.
