The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a Winter Storm Warning from 5am to 7pm for the following counties:

Greene
Hale
Sumter

A Winter Storm Warning means greater than 2" of snow are expected to fall within the next 24 hours. Travel may become difficult, especially on bridges and overpasses. Stay with Newscenter 11 for the latest updates.
