A Lauderdale County woman has been charged in a shooting Tuesday afternoon on a state highway.
36-year-old Mary Ann Oubre is charged with aggravated assault in the shooting of 67-year-old Willard Osbourne.
The incident happened about 3:15 p.m. Tuesday on Highway 11 and 80 near Toomsuba. Investigators say it stemmed from a domestic dispute.
Osbourne was shot in the hand. He was treated and released from Rush Hospital.
Bond for Oubre was set at $20,000.
