The National Council of Negro Women of Clarke County announces its annual Honoring Our Youth Academic Achievement Awards Program.
It's open to all students in grades 9-12 who attend schools in Clarke, Jasper, and Wayne counties in Mississippi.
Three cash awards will be given at each grade level: 1st place, $100.00; 2nd place, $75.00; 3rd place, $50.00.

The deadline for applications is Friday, Mar. 16, 2013.
The awards program will be held at Shiloh MB Church, Friday, Mar. 30, 2013, at 6 p.m. Henry Granger will be the guest speaker.
Entertainment and refreshments will be provided. The church address is 900 County Road 110, Quitman.
