A huge crowd came out to Meridian's Best Buy to meet a nationally known rapper who is from right here in the Queen City.
Big K.R.I.T. stopped by Best Buy to sign copies of his major label debut "Live From the Underground."
The album was released this past Tuesday, and while it may be his first nationally released c-d, the name Big K.R.I.T. was already known in hip hop circles.
He says he was happy to come back to Meridian to meet with fans again today
There's people who came from all parts of Mississippi to support the album," says Big K.R.I.T., who's given name is Justin Scott, "it's overwhelming man."
