Forest is the latest city in Mississippi to become smoke free. The city has adopted a comprehensive smoke free ordinance. It prohibits smoking within 15 to 20 feet of entrances to indoor public places. This includes: work places, public buildings, restaurants and bars. Currently, 62 cities in Mississippi have comprehensive smoke free ordinances.
