Inmate Back in Custody After Escaping

Authorities in West Alabama say they have captured an inmate who escaped from a jail there.

Sumter County Sheriff Tyrone Clark says an inmate escaped from the Sumter County Jail, but was apprehended and is now back in custody.

Clark says at no point was the community in any sort of danger.
