Still No Trace of Missing Man

Wednesday marked the fifth day since a man apparently drowned in the Chunky River.
Lauderdale County authorities have been searching for 56-year-old Marcus L. Smith.
The Newton County man has been missing since Saturday when he fell out of canoe.
Searchers have spent the last couple of days combing through one of deepest parts of the river, near Stuckey's Bridge. So far, no trace of the missing man has been found.
