YPM Contributes to United Way

The Young Professionals of Meridian made a donation of $1650 to The United Way of East Mississippi.
The money will go to the agency's community campaign.
YPM raised the funds in the spring during its 4th Annual Café Dumont Beignet Breakfast.
"And they made that contribution, almost $1700, that will be earmarked for our students and the Stuff the Bus program to provide school supplies for the children that really have a great need in our community," said Thad Quarles, United Way executive director.
Stuff the Bus collected donated school supplies and uniforms last week. The items will be disbursed through the schools in Lauderdale County.
