Send VA Health Fair Clinic Thursday

The G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson will conduct a 'Tell a Veteran, Bring A Veteran' free health fair clinic Thursday, May 31, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

This event will target all veterans who are not currently enrolled for health care at the medical center.

The event will be held in the Jackson VA Atrium and adjoining Primary Care Clinic areas.

Health screening and assessments include:
Audiology screenings
Eye screenings
Assessment for Impaired Vision Program
Bone density scans
Post-Deployment assessments
Blood pressure checks, complete blood count,
chemistry panel, & urinalysis
MOVE counseling
CCHT (Health Buddies)
VA Health Care enrollment
Primary Care appointment scheduling
My HealtheVet enrollment
HUD/VASH homeless housing counseling
VBA claims counseling (subject to availability)
