Send Wreck Sends Three to Hospital

Three people were taken to local hospitals Friday after a 2-vehicle accident on Highway 19 North.

It happened a little before 3 p.m. at the stop light in front of the Wal-Mart Supercenter.

One of the vehicles flipped and two people were trapped inside for several minutes, before being extracted by emergency workers.

The injuries did not appear to be life-threatening.
