Hey Roger - And what about when someone dies because fire, law enforcement or EMS can't find a house because there's no marking? I guess then it's their fault because they should just know, right? Wow dude. That's an idiotic mindset you have.

Just Maybe some people dont feel a need to comply with another government mandate. These people are free to be left alone and the consequences are theirs. Another dictate from big brother because it's for your own good.

People need to realize that emergency responders don't just magically know where every house, church and store in a given place is. The address ordinance is only good if it's enforced. They should fine people who refuse to properly identify their houses with numbers. "Go to the church by the oldest tree in the county, turn left and it's the third house passed the sleeping dog on the side of the road" does not work in 2012.
