Meridian police say they have arrested a suspect in the robbery of two people in September 2012.

Police announced Monday that 19-year-old Anthony Bender is charged with two counts of armed robbery stemming from the hold-up of two individuals in College Park Sept. 26, 2012.

Police say they had been searching for Bender since the incident and found him Monday morning hiding in attic of a local residence.

Bond was set at $100,000 per charge.
