Authorities in West Alabama say one person died on Sunday afternoon while hunting.

Sheriff Tyrone Clarke says the person died after an accident on County Road 10 in Kinterbish.

Clarke tells Newscenter 11 that details are limited at this time, but that Sumter County investigators are working with the Department of Fish and Wildlife to determine exactly what happened.
