Mr. Harold Eugene Powell

Graveside services for Mr. Harold Powell will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, March 17, 2012 with Rev. Roy Dabbs officiating. Interment will be in Hebron Baptist Church Cemetery with James F. Webb Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Powell, age 77, passed away on Thursday, March 15, 2012, at the Fisher House in the Zero Community. He retired after 52+ years as a Truck Driver. He was a member of Carmel Baptist Church.

He is survived by his Three Daughters, Kim Bowman and her husband Kenneth of Brookhaven, MS, Sandy Fontan of Meridian, MS and Shone Powell of Brandon, MS; by his Son, Thomas Glenn “Bubba” Powell of Meridian, MS; by his Grandchildren, Pepper Allen and Jamie Fontan; and by his Four Great Grandchildren, Alex, Kasie, Taylor, and Tyler.
He will also be missed by his extended family at the Fisher House and a special thanks to all of his caregivers.

He was preceded by his Wife, Wyvonne Powell; his Parents, David and Nonnie Mae Powell; and by Two Brothers, David Powell and Robert Powell.
