Service for: Mrs. Ruby Winnoah Vance Germany, 94, a resident of Mauriceville, TX, formerly of Union, MS will be held at Stephens Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at 11:00am. Interment will be in the New Ireland Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00am-11:00am, Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at Stephens Funeral Home in Union.
