Send Eustachy Reportedly Headed To Colorado State

Multiple outlets are reporting that Southern Miss basketball coach Larry Eustachy has accepted a job to take over the Colorado State program, but he has not yet informed the USM athletic department.

USM interim athletic director Jeff Hammond said today that Eustachy has not yet informed him of his decision.

Hammond did confirm that Colorado State asked him for permission to speak to Eustachy.

Eustachy just finished his eighth season at USM, leading the Golden Eagles to their first NCAA Tournament bid since 1991.
