Send MCC's Kristen Morris Named NJCAA Division I Soccer Player of the Week.

Meridian Community College freshman forward Kristen Morris has been named NJCAA Division 1 Soccer Player of the Week.

Morris accumulated 13 points last week, five goals and three assists, propelling the eagles to three consecutive victories. The Yazoo City, MS native's best game match was a 6-2 win against Southwest Mississippi Community College where she tallied two assists and scored three goals for the hat-trick.

The Eagles travel to Hinds CC (Miss.) and Holmes CC (Miss.) this week.
