Tuesday Night Storm Reports

Here is a list of storm damage reported to the National Weather Service during Tuesday night's severe weather. If you know of damage that is not listed here, please let us know!

1:15 pm - Trees are down along Chapel Hill Road near Cumberland Road 3 miles southeast of Decatur in Newton County, Miss.

3:20 pm - Trees are down across Highway 14 at the Mashulaville exit in Noxubee County, Miss.

3:37 pm - Trees are down across Highwayy 388 4 miles east of Brooksville in Noxubee County, Miss.

4:48 pm - Trees and power lines are down along Lawrence Hazel Road 4 miles northeast of Lake in Newton County, Miss.

5:04 pm - Trees are down on Hickory-Little Rock Road 4 miles north of Hickory in Newton County, Miss.

5:32 pm - Trees and powerlines down across Highways 493, 494, and 495 8 miles north of Meridian in Lauderdale County, Miss.

6:04 pm - Trees down 7 miles west of Ellisville in Jones County, Miss.

6:21 pm - 1.75 inch hail fell in Jones County, Miss. 4 miles southeast of Laurel.

6:25 pm - Trees down around the City of Greensboro in Hale County, Ala. One tree landed on a home and temporarily trapped an occupant inside. No injuries reported.

11:45 pm - Major damage to a mobile home near the plant on Van Zyverden Road was reported. The roof was ripped off and the front of the home was destroyed. This was just off Highway 39 near Northeast High School in Lauderdale County, Mississippi.

Time unknown - Power pole snapped on North Hills Street just west of 37th Avenue in Meridian.

Time unknown - A dugout at Phil Harden Park off North Hills Street in Meridian was destroyed.
