Two west Alabama women were involved in crash in east Mississippi Wednesday morning. It happened just after 8:30 on Interstate 20 east, just one mile from the Lost Gap exit.
25-year-old Kaysha Mosley died at the scene. 26-year-old Aysah Mosley was severely injured and was listed in ICU Wednesday afternoon at a local hospital. Both worked at Tyson Foods in Forest. They were thought to be on their way home when the accident happened.
"The vehicle lost control and traveled off the highway and flipped several times, throwing the two occupants out," said SGT Malachi Sanders of the Mississippi Highway patrol.
Sanders said the sisters were from Butler, Ala. Neither was wearing a seat belt.
