The University of West Alabama and a Birmingham developer plan to negotiate a multi-million dollar claim the company has made against the university.
Capstone Corporation claims the school owes them more than five million dollars for a proposed dormitory project that was never built.
UWA officials say the project was just too expensive during a time of budget cuts.
The negotiations were announced during a meeting of the Alabama Board of Adjustment Tuesday.
