Dutch murder suspect Joran van der Sloot is on his way to Peru, where authorities are likely to charge him with killing a 21-year-old woman from the capital of Lima.

Chilean police say van der Sloot has proclaimed his innocence in Sunday's slaying of Stephany Flores in a Lima hotel room.

The 22-year-old van der Sloot also remains the prime suspect in the 2005 disappearance of Alabama teen Natalie Holloway on the Dutch Caribbean island of Aruba.

Van der Sloot was handcuffed and placed aboard a police Cessna 310 in the Chilean capital of Santiago Friday morning. He is expected to be handed over to Peruvian authorities in the afternoon.

Chilean police captured van der Sloot Thursday as he was headed to the country's Pacific coast.

Van der Sloot will have his day when he faces God. I dont think this will be a good day for him. You can run but you cannot hide from wrong. One day you will pay for all of your sins. God be with the family in chile as well as the holloway family.

I hope they put him away for a long, long time!I hope the whole truth comes out-and he gets nailed for Natalie Holloway also!We should throw him in the ocean with some weights, then let nature take its course. Remember-even if you think you have gotten away with something-EVERY DOG HAS HIS DAY...
