Lauderdale County authorities are asking for the public's help after an armed robbery early Monday morning in the southeastern part of the county.
Two suspects were involved in the robbery of the Sidetrack Lounge on highway 19 south in the Whynot community.
Chief Deputy Ward Calhoun says a black female held a patron and an employee at gunpoint while a male accomplice stole cash.
Deputies have a distorted surveillance photo showing a black female suspect in her late 20s with long hair, the male suspect's face was covered.
"Someone out there probably has a suspicion as to who these individuals are," says Calhoun, "and if you have any information or anything you think would be worthwhile for us to know about, call the sheriff's department or Crimestoppers."
Authorities say the suspects appeared to be headed southeast toward the state line following the robbery.
If you have any information call Crimestoppers at 601-485-1860.
