Officials in Sumter County still don't have the full autopsy report on Corey Patrick Murphy.
Sumter County Sheriff Tyrone Clark says he is still waiting on the results that may explain the death of the 26-year-old Greene County, Ala., man.
Murphy's body was discovered by a fisherman Dec. 17 in the Tombigbee River near Epes.
Clark says it might be the first or second week in February before the report is available.
Murphy was last seen alive at a Christmas on the River event in Demopolis.
