Child Predator Arrests

The three men arrested are all from different parts of Alabama. They are: 27-year-old Joshua Harris from Lincoln, 58-year-old Billy Ray Jackson from Decatur and 35-year-old James Albert Caulder from Mobile. All are charged with transmitting obscene material to child by computer. At last check bond for the men had not been set.
