A church in Yantley, Ala., again gave away free groceries to people in need Tuesday.
The Christian Fellowship Baptist Church and other local churches came together to distribute groceries to the community.
Members said they wanted to help families who have lost jobs and are dealing with hardships during the economic downturn.
"The Lord is doing really, really well with sending us the people to help us with the effort here in the community," said the Rev. Robert Webb of Christian Fellowship Baptist Church. "That's where we are right now. "
The church will be giving away food to those in need once a month.
