Investigators have released the name of the victim in a fatal accident near Pachuta.

Harold Gatson, 64, from Birmingham died after the 18-wheeler he was driving hit a trailer that was being pulled behind a pick-up truck on Interstate 59.

Investigators say the 18-wheeler then left the roadway and crashed into a wooded area.

This happened around 3 a.m. Monday. No one else was seriously hurt.

The Mississippi Highway Patrol is handling the investigation.
