Guilty Verdict

A jury in Choctaw County, Alabama has found John Steele guilty of murder.

The Texas native was the prime suspect in the stabbing death of William Ashton III.

The incident happened in March 2011 at Steele's home.

Investigators say it resulted from an argument between the two men.

Steele could be sentenced to life in prison. He's scheduled to be sentenced June 6 in Choctaw County Circuit Court.
