Memorial Day Weekend Gas Prices

It may be the unofficial start to summer, but gas prices in the twin states are down again this week.

Gasbuddy.com reports the average price for regular in Mississippi is $3.31. That is down 10 cents from a week ago and 36 cents from last month.

In Alabama, the average price is $3.30. That is down 9 cents from last week and 36 cents from a month ago.

Nationally, the current average price for gas is much higher at $3.65.
