A verdict has been reached in the case of a West Alabama woman who was accused of murder. A Choctaw County jury has found Kristie Diamond guilty. She has been convicted for the shooting death of 61-year-old Theodore Martin outside his house in Butler three years ago. For the murder conviction Diamond is now facing up to life in prison. She's set to be sentenced in Choctaw County Circuit Court on May 28th.
