Sumter County Center "Welcomes" with Christmas Cheer

Cuba, Alabama Folks at the Sumter County Welcome Center are doing their best to get travelers in the Christmas Spirit. Today, the Welcome Center in Cuba was decked out for the holidays for it's annual Christmas Open House. Welcome Center manager Jerry Hale says music and activities were provided throughout the day for those who stopped in. She also makes sure they know about Alabama tourism events during the holiday season. "We do this to make the travelers feel like they're at home," Hale explained. "And to help them to get into the Christmas spirit of visiting our Christmas activities at different areas in Alabama's cities."

Hale reminds everyone that York's Christmas Parade is this Saturday, December 14th at 10:00 a.m.
