Robbery

This morning at 0050 hours, a lady was robbed outside an apartment at Magnolia Courts Apartments. The victim said she exited her car and was walking to the door when she was approached by a lone black male dressed in black wearing a black hoodie with a fur liner who displayed a handgun and robbed her of her wallet and phone before fleeing in a small brown car with another subject. The victim was unharmed.

Less than 15 minutes later a man unloading something from his car in the 2500 block of 15th Street was robbed at gunpoint by a lone black male dressed in black wearing a black hoodie. After the robbery the suspect fled in a small brown car with another subject. The victim was unharmed.
