At 0100 hours Saturday morning, Meridian Police responded to a Strong Armed Robbery in the 2500 block of Old Marion Road. Upon arrival they were met by the victim who advised them he was held down by two black males and four black females and robbed of his money. The suspects fled on foot and there are no descriptions available. The victim was unharmed.

At 1530 hours Sunday afternoon, Meridian Police responded to an Armed Robbery in the 2900 block of Highway 45 north. Upon arrival they were advised by the victim that he was in his yard and when he turned around, a black male was standing there pointing a handgun at him. The suspect robbed him of his money and fled on foot. No description is available at this time. The victim was unharmed.

At 2045 hours last night, Meridian Police responded to a home invasion Robbery at Mar-Ray Apartments. Upon arrival they were advised the resident answered a knock at the door and was confronted by a black male who forced his way into the apartment and held everyone at gunpoint while a black female came in and helped him robbed the four subjects inside. The black male is described as six foot three and the black female is described as having several tattoos with a particular tattoo of a rose on her calf. Both subjects fled on foot and the victims were unharmed.

Meridian Police strongly caution when answering the door to know who is on the other side. If you don’t know them and they don’t leave when you tell them to, call 911 and have the Police respond.
