City of Meridian Police Report - August 25, 2014

Meridian Police Department Media Release
The following were reported to the Meridian PD from August 22, 2014 to August 25, 2014.

Robbery
At 2:02 PM, on August 22, 2014, Meridian Police responded to an armed robbery in 3800 block of 8th Street. The victim said a light skinned black male robbed her at gun point of cash.
At 10:30 PM, on August 24, 2014, Meridian Police responded to an armed robbery in the 2300 block of Highway 19 North. An unknown black male robbed the clerk of cash at gun point.
Commercial Burglary
There were no commercial burglaries reported.

Stolen Vehicles
AT 8:33 AM, on August 22, 2014, Meridian Police responded to a stolen vehicle in the 1000 block of D Street.

Auto Burglary
At 3:24 PM, on August 22, 2014, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 2400 block of Highway 19 North. Entry was gained through window.
At 5:14 PM, on August 22, 2014, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 1000 block of Bonita Lakes Circle. Entry was gained through a door.
At 1:11 PM, on August 23, 2014, Meridian Police responded to an auto burglary in the 2200 block of A Avenue. Entry was gained through door.

Residential Burglary
At 11:27 AM, on August 22, 2014, Meridian Police responded to a burglary in the 3500 block of 34th Street. Entry was gained through a window.
At 12:29 PM, on August 22, 2014, Meridian Police responded to a burglary in the 2900 block of St Paul Street. Entry was gained through a window.
At 2:22 PM, on August 22, 2014, Meridian Police responded to a burglary in the 5100 block of Druid Lanes. Entry was gained through a window.
At 5:36 PM, on August 23, 2014, Meridian Police responded to a burglary in the 500 block of Bonita Lakes Drive. Entry was gained through a door.
At 5:52 AM, On August 24, 2014, Meridian Police responded to a burglary in the 1400 block of Roebuck Drive. Entry was gained through a door.

Shootings
At 2:54 PM, on August 24, 2014, Meridian Police responded to a shooting in the 2700 block of 11th Street. Officers arrived on scene and found a b/m victim had been shot. The case is still under investigation.
Officer responded to 4 shots fired called but were unable to locate any evidence to support the calls.
