Commercial Burglary

There were no commercial burglaries reported.

Stolen Vehicles

There were no stolen vehicles reported

Auto Burglary

At 9:54 AM, on February 20, 2014, a victim came to the Police Department to report an auto burglary that occurred in the 700 block of Highway 19S. Entry was gained through a door.

Residential Burglary

At 9:23 AM, on February 19, 2014, Meridian Police responded to a burglary in the 2500 block of 31st Avenue. Officers arrived at 9:34 AM and determined that entry was gained through a door.

At 5:33 PM, on February 19, 2014, Meridian Police responded to a burglary in the 6200 block of Oakland Park Street. Officers arrived at 5:44 PM and determined that entry was gained through a window.

At 7:16 PM, on February 19, 2014, Meridian Police responded to a burglary in the 3100 block of 15th Avenue. Officers arrived at 7:19 PM and determined that entry was gained through a door.

At 6:20 AM, on February 20, 2014, Meridian Police responded to a burglary in the 600 block of 49th Avenue. Officers arrived at 6:55 AM and determined that entry was gained through a door.

At 9:28 AM, on February 20, 2014, Meridian Police responded to a burglary in the 1600 block of 36th Avenue. Officers arrived at 9:33 AM and determined that entry was gained through a door.

At 12:12 PM, on February 20, 2014, Meridian Police responded to a burglary in the 1000 block of 24th Street. Officers arrived at 12:18 PM and determined that entry was gained through door.

At 5:56 PM, on February 20, 2014, Meridian Police responded to a burglary in the 2600 block of 24th Avenue. Officers arrived at 5:57 PM and determined that entry was gained through a window.

Shootings

There were no shootings reported.

Felony Arrest

On February 12, 2014, Meridian Detectives charged 28 year old Garyeon D. Timmons with burglary. This arrest stemmed from a burglary that occurred on January 3, 2014, in the 2800 block of St. Andrews Street. Timmons bond was set at $10,000.

On February 14, 2014, Meridian Detectives charged 26 year old James W. Love with simple assault domestic; 3rd offense. Love’s bond was set at $10,000.

On February 14, 2014, Meridian Narcotics Agents charged 22 year old Shy S. Miles with possession of a controlled substance. Miles’ bond was set at $5,000.

On February 14, 2014, Meridian Detectives charged 28 year old Antonia J. Cherry with counterfeit instrument: forgery/uttering. Cherry’s bond was set at $2,500.

On February 15, 2014, Meridian Narcotic Agents charged 34 year old Christopher B. Graham with possession of controlled substances. Graham’s bond was set at $10,000.

On February 17, 2014, Meridian Detectives charged 18 year old Lemar L. Walker with attempted robbery. This arrest stemmed from a fraud case that occurred on February 17, 2014, in the 3000 block of Willow Drive however, after the investigation Detectives determined it was an attempted robbery. Walker’s bond was set at $100,000.
