Last night, Meridian Police charged 30 year old Gregory A. Dillard of Enterprise with Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon. Bond was set at $25,000.

Yesterday afternoon at about 1400 hours, Meridian Police responded to a burglary in progress at a residence located in the 3800 block of 7th Street. Upon arrival Police caught 63 year old Johnny W. Schrimpshire, and 50 year old Verma J. Brown, burglarizing the home. Both have been charged with Residential Burglary and their bond set at $25,000 each.
